We are a forward-thinking renowned Security and CCTV Company, that specialises in the design, installation, service and maintenance of integrated security systems and specialist equipment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career and become a valued member of the team.  This role would suit someone that is ready to combine an office role with some onsite installation, service and maintenance work.

Job Role:

• Overseeing new installation projects to ensure they run smoothly

• Preparing RAMS (Risk and Method statements)

• Pre installation meetings on site with client

• Installing new security products to include CCTV, gate automation, barriers, intercoms, access control systems and intruder alarms

• Ordering stock for projects via the CRM system to ensure all items are available 

• Preparing O&M manuals for new installations

• Carrying out maintenance on a varied range of external and internal security systems 

• Liaising with the engineers following call outs/maintenance where additional works and quotes are required

• Prepare remedial quotes

• Ensuring that the client is satisfied with the servicing of the system prior to leaving the site

• Accurate completion of documentation, timesheets, and the submission of job reports through the company’s systems

• Adhering to safe health and safety practices at all times​

What we are looking for:

• ​Be able to demonstrate a good technical knowledge of some or all of the following: CCTV, networking, gate automation, barriers, intruder alarms and intercoms

• Experience of HIK Vision, Paxton, Videx, Telguard, BPT, Texecom, FAAC, BFT and other brands would be an advantage

• IPAF licence (desirable but we will train the right candidate)

• CSCS or ECS card holder (desirable)

• Minimum 3 years experience in installing/maintaining CCTV and security systems

• Full UK driving licence

Our Package:

• Working hours of 7.30am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday and occasional out of hours call-out, this is done on a rota basis

• Door to door travel when on site

• Company mobile phone and laptop

• Competitive salary depending on skills and experience

• 24 days holiday (which includes 1 day birthday leave and 3 days Christmas closure) plus bank holidays
